First and foremost, great use of the quote from "Fury"! I also whole heartedly support the "Culture Matters Here" statement. You were clearly raised well.
Of course you don't remember how you afforded Trinity College in Dublin, I paid for it.
Thanks for calling out the Parlay clowns. I am tired of hearing how everybody just missed a big parlay.
Bears - Okay, we all know that the talent is down significantly, OLine is bad, Internal DLine is unknown, Wideouts are weak BUT i was so excited to see what looked to me like a well coached team who either let, or forced the other team to make all of the mistakes versus the Bears making all of them. We are all going to see how horrible a coach Nagy was. Which gives the Bears the distinction of hiring two of the worst NFL Coaches(Trestman) in known history.
Chills thinking about that Black Coffee (Pumpkin Spice Latte) in my hand with a full slate of college football ahead of me.
Drew Brees does not get enough shit for his terrible commercials. I understand when I see Devin Hester doing them, he may be a little strapped for cash. But Drew Brees made $270 million off contracts alone in his career.
Rumor has it that the number one subscriber to this newsletter also may have a share of those season tickets.
Brees' post-football career has been terrible. Granted he has equity in Points Bet, but between his Football Night In America struggles and the PB commercials, just bad. I never would have thought this, but I think he's just kind of dumb. No offense, of course.
Great stuff as always! I don't understand why people get mad that other people are getting loans canceled (not saying this is you), but as a White Sox fan I actively root against the happiness of Cubs fans, so my student loan opinions should probably be taken with a big grain of salt.
CFB preview section was on point. Nothing like seeing dudes rep Kelley shirts in the wild on football Saturdays.

You missed some of the sarcasm there.
Being well-coached is a good first step. We'll see if enjoying being well-coached gets us through 18 weeks.
I caught your sarcasm just fine. Responding for the record.

Where you been Chuck Mac? I have been all alone on the Comment Board for a while.

Thanks for reading!
I also do not understand. But I will say, a little schadenfreude in sports fandom is for sure healthy.
