Matt Eberflus is looking like Mikey Palmice would in 2022, if he had been a faster runner.

I am ecstatic with the Bears SIMPLY because they appear to be well coached. I was soooo sick of the sloppy shit with Nagy and his ego causing him not to adjust as every good coach does.

Unfortunately, I think the Packers Moneyline is going to be a lot of peoples top bets going into this weekend. I am alright with that after seeing Rodgers being a complete Bitch in their loss to the Vikings.

No Cubs coverage. I think David Ross is a great Manager. They better not lose him. He has that team playing hard with nothing to play for. Sweep of the Pennant Chasing Mets tonight?

Sorry, there was significant Cubs coverage. Overshadowed by the Bears?

Thought I'd get in here before Tommy D sounds off about the play calling, missed kicks, Notre Dame's loss or Bulls front office.

Obviously was a tough first half to watch, and this is easy to say after a win, but there just has to be so much more optimism in that locker room than in years past under Nagy. I am so conditioned to see a false start, illegal motion, some BS trick play that doesn't work, or a poorly used time out kill the Bears momentum. I'm not getting my hopes too high, but getting rid of that aspect of frustration in week 1 is such a relief.

Sorry about the Domers loss.

Luckily for me, the author of this newsletter convinced me to drink beers on the beach instead of watching the ND/Marshall game. Didn't see a play and I am glad about it. Maybe everyone will leave Freeman alone and let him try to grow into the job instead of deciding he is the messiah before he coaches a game.
