Love the Pat Bev move simply because what disgusted me about this team was a lack of caring by seemingly everybody but Caruso. No fire. No one trying to pump the team up when they start losing their 23 point lead. I think Pat Bev can do that. Plus, if they hadn't added him, I am not so sure I would have watched any more this year.

He adds a wrinkle. I am sort of expecting them to win four straight or something and for the delusions in the front office to keep mounting up. Ah, no point fighting it I guess.

The Pat Bev/kid with cocaine analogy is perfect. I have been wayyy too optimistic and defensive about the Bulls all year. Watched every single game with the exception of one (due to my girlfriends cousins christmas party in the "suburbs"). After the 3 game losing streak, I took a couple off, only to watch the Bucks game where Giannis got hurt but still lost to cap off a 6 game skid.

'In AK we trust' is what the kids say. I understand the move I guess just for the sake of making a move and being able to say they tried to shake things up. But at this point I'd rather lay down and die and coast into the off season.

That is, unless they win tonight. Don't let the Bulls get hot and get the 10 seed!!!!!!!!!!!

If they win tonight, I am going to be deleting blogs all night and cursing out non-believers on Twitter and Instagram.

Baseball season can’t come soon enough. Even though the NL will be extremely tough this year, I believe the Cubs have a solid chance to be playing meaningful baseball in September, which we desperately deserve. It will be tough to get a wild card spot with teams like the Phils, Mets, Padres, and Braves all fighting for 3 spots, so fuck it let’s win the division!

Not trading Wilson at the deadline last year is still a head scratcher but I loved our offseason. I also think the Cubs really missed a chance to sell high on Happ given our strong OF pipeline.

The whole Willson situation is sneaky one of the weirder sagas around the Cubs in the last like 5-10 years. Very bizarre they couldn't find a trade partner or come to a new deal.

I'm all in as well. If they compete for the division, though, it will be because they pulled home runs out of their ass somewhere. Happy to find out where those may surprisingly come from.

I almost forgot! Rocky I is, by far, the best Rocky. That is why it won the Academy Award for Best Picture. And, any movie that ends with that ridiculous speech can't be taken seriously. "if I can change, and you can change, we can all change" And all of the Russian's loved us because of Rocky! Ridiculous!
