Can I blame Ryan Pace for this one?

"Should we draft this Deshaun Watson at 3? A guy who just put together a historic season- 4,600 yards and 50 TDs, has virtually no flaws in his game, and who also just took down Alabama in the national title game?"

"Nah I got a better Idea, lets pay Jameis Winston's backup $45 mil and then trade up a pick for this guy who started one season in his career, threw 30 TDs went 8-5 and led North Carolina to a Sun Bowl appearance"

Mitch Trubisky and Mike Glennon: the best 95 million dollars can buy

I am upset with Mitch. Though it also concerns me how our potential breakout WR Anthony Miller (1 Rec 2 yds) and our speed horse Gabriel only has 3 receptions. From what I have seen, they aren’t getting enough looks. Mitch needs to be more diverse rather than throwing prayers to Allen Robinson and check downs. If Andy dalton can throw for 300 yards in a game and set up the run I think Mitch can.

idk man, everyone keeps ripping on Nagy and his play call but its gotta be pretty tough to call a game when you cant trust your QB to be any sort of a threat when he drops back. Its only a matter of time when they start stacking the box, force him to make good passes and then the turnovers will come. I wish they had X stats for football like they do for baseball. X-INT for Mitch this season might be coming in around 45 INTs. He sucks, not blaming Nagy for any of it. Mitch is now turning the city of Chicago on Nagy, who some people think just went from the coach of the year to now he's incompetent.

Nagy has called two god awful games. As bad as Trubisky has looked Nagy is calling way too scared of games, we’re not going to win if we just dump the ball off every time. Still optimistic about the team but they better show some more against the Redskins.

Are you confident that Mitch would beat out Trevor Lawrence for the starting QB job at Clemson?

No

I’m a going to take a glass half full approach here. I believe the last play Trubisky made yesterday will give him some confidence going forward and the boys will start rolling. Need to take care of business in WSH and against Minnesota week 4. As the great Lovie used to say... “we are 3-1 in the first quarter of the season.”

Bears will finish the year 4-12. Mitch Trubisky will prove he is one of the worst quarterbacks in NFL history. Bears aren’t going to win a division game this year. Hard to develop an effective game plan when your quarterback is incapable of completing a pass greater than 8 yards. We’re just prolonging the rebuild at this point

Settle Down my brother!! I’m sure you were very angry last year at Mitchell as well but we somehow gutted out 12 wins. There are def some issues we goda fix but this team is still full of talented young men so back away from the ledge and settle it down chief. Love you

Jesus you sound like my dad, take a deep breath asshole! Defense looks great, this is the first time Denver has lost at home in September in 7 years. I’m not confident in the offense either but let’s wait and see first.

being a cowboys fan (what a time to be alive Andy) really puts in to perspective how delusional Bears fans are. In 2 short weeks we’ve gone from Mitch MVP to tank for Tua or Trevor Lawrence. Luckily for me and the rest of the NFC, that Bears defense will rot in sports purgatory until it’s demise as the Bears will resign Mitch for a very little amount of money and I will watch alongside you Bears fans as they hover around .500 until that defense becomes too expensive

Mitch has not looked good but the offensive line has looked awful, the play calling has been suspect, I have seen two open receivers in both games combined and MOST IMPORTANTLY can we stop the no playing in the preseason!!! We look like a team playing their second preseason game!

Great column, appreciate the weekly update on the Chicago sports scene. Well done. Also, take it easy on the QB from Cleveland. We Clevelanders have endured enough. I still think Cleveland is the only city in America where it is acceptable to insult the person's hometown within the first 30 seconds of discovering that someone grew up there.
